🛠️ 你需要的器具 What You’ll Need

  • 滴滤壶(如 V60、Kalita 等) Dripper (V60, Kalita, etc.)

  • 滤纸 Filter Paper

  • 咖啡豆 Coffee Beans

  • 磨豆机 Grinder

  • 热水壶(细口壶最佳) Gooseneck Kettle (recommended)

  • 电子秤 Digital Scale

  • 计时器 Timer


📖 冲泡步骤 Step-by-Step

1. 研磨咖啡豆:中细研磨,类似砂糖颗粒。
Grind your beans medium-fine, similar to granulated sugar.

2. 预热滤杯与杯子:用热水预热器具,并倒掉水。
Rinse your dripper and cup with hot water to preheat them.

3. 加入咖啡粉:使用15克咖啡粉配250ml水。
Add 15g of ground coffee for 250ml of water.

4. 第一次注水(闷蒸):倒入约30ml热水,等待30秒。
Pour 30ml of hot water to bloom the coffee. Wait for 30 seconds.

5. 分段注水:慢慢以画圈方式注入剩余热水,保持水位均匀。
Continue pouring the remaining water in slow, circular motions.

6. 萃取完成:总时间控制在 2.5~3 分钟内。
Finish the pour in about 2.5–3 minutes total.

7. 倒出,享受手冲咖啡的清澈与层次。
Serve and enjoy the clarity and complexity of your pour-over brew.
