⚖ 研磨度 vs 萃取时间

Grind Size Affects Extraction Time

  • 研磨越细 → 接触面积越大,萃取更快
    Finer grinds = faster extraction, higher risk of over-extraction (bitterness)

  • 研磨越粗 → 接触面积小,需更长时间萃取
    Coarser grinds = slower extraction, but may under-extract if too quick (sour taste)

What Happens If You Use the Wrong Grind Size?

  • 过细粉 + 滤杯冲泡:水流变慢,咖啡过萃太苦
    Too fine in a dripper? Water slows down, bitter over-extracted brew.

    Too coarse in an espresso machine? Water flows too fast = under-extraction.
