Grind Size Affects Extraction Time
研磨越细 → 接触面积越大,萃取更快
Finer grinds = faster extraction, higher risk of over-extraction (bitterness)研磨越粗 → 接触面积小,需更长时间萃取
Coarser grinds = slower extraction, but may under-extract if too quick (sour taste)

过细粉 + 滤杯冲泡:水流变慢,咖啡过萃太苦
Too fine in a dripper? Water slows down, bitter over-extracted brew.太粗粉 + 意式机:水几乎冲不出味道,变成酸水
Too coarse in an espresso machine? Water flows too fast = under-extraction.
